I've spent a large amount of today on the internet, I'm not gonna try to lie to myself. However this was because I discovered how to digitally illustrate and draw and this has opened up a whole new world for me. I now have the potential to illustrate my blog images, even create amazing thumbnails for YouTube to make my channel entirely my own.
My new discovery is down to Kicki Yang Zhang who I just stumbled across while browsing YouTube. I just happened to click on her video about how she creates her digital drawings (mostly due to the quirky illustrated thumbnail) and I was fascinated by her drawing style and the world of online drawing. I wasted no time, straight away I downloaded GIMP 2 and started experimenting. Above is my very first digital illustration, I'll call her 'Fall Girl'

Also as a side note: The one upside of having no idea what I want to do now I've graduated means loads of time to think & create. I've bought a big thick sketchbook and watercolour pad from Tiger, let the creating commence!
